Counterfeit Kit Challenge May kit reveal blog hop

Welcome to May.

This is the Counterfeit Kit Challenge May kit reveal blog hop and I'm delighted to see you here.

If you have come via the ever creative Libeeti, you are on the right track for the hop. If you are here directly, you should pop back to the beginning of the hop (here at the Counterfeit blog) so that you don't miss any of the delights.

This month, we were asked to check out the delightful kits over at Polly! Scrap Kits. We had two to chose from and I fell in love with the main kit, Shoreline (although the alternative Totally Rad! was also tempting)

I didn't really have anything from the inspriation kit so I just gathered some newer stuff (to counteract all that old stuff from the last few months) and created a kit that felt the same. Some blue, some red, a splash of yellow...

I'm keeping it super simple tonight and without any ado, here is Excursion:
Sorry for the crappy photos tonight. If I can get to it, I will try to get some in daylight. It's a shame as the colours are much nicer IRL than you see here.

I'm ready to get my hands dirty with this one so watch this space.

Oh, and I nearly forgot - we have the amazing, the wonderful, the über-productive, the incredible Sherrie as our GD this month. What a treat!

The next stop on the hop is Lisa J so be sure to make sure you head over there and say hello.

Here is the full blog hop list in case you get lost along the way.

  6. Oh Lisa, You words made me blush. Secret is, I have a scrappy-girlie crush on you!
I would just like to take a moment here to let the rest of the CKC gang know that it was Lisa H. who led me to CKC. She is a great ambassador for the group.
Your kit, this month, Lisa, appears to be rather androgynous for your style. It is sure to pull you in new directions with your designs.

  8. Wow! What an absolutely fabulous mix! I am always so impressed with how your separate elements are so interesting and unique, but how you still manage to pull them together so beautifully. You've got a great artistic eye, that's for sure!
