I have written a lot of posts about preparing for LOAD and what my philosophy or strategy is for completing a full month of daily layouts. Several of these are just reworkings of the original list in January 2010 in preparation for my second LOAD. But there is a lot of information for would-be LOADsters as well as non-LOADsters if you just want to improve your speed or output when you scrap.
