It's *clearly* getting close to Christmas

This week, the girls over at Jingle Belles have challenged us with, "It came upon a midnight *clear*", and create a card using at least one see-through element.

I always love the look of transparency cards but mine didn't quite turn out as I'd wanted. Oh well! ;-)

But I am pushed for time and didn't want to miss a week so here it is.

I used some of my favourite MME paper inside a precious sheet of MM Mistletoe (need more!) with a cute felt deer I got for the challenge a few weeks ago and some snowflakes. Some sparkly ribbon and a sentiment finishes off this über-simple design, and another one done. Tick.

  4. Well I knew at some point I would regret not doing these challenges when I first saw them on your blog and now that time has come! I have made several cards this past week and I'm having fun, just not sure I will get as many cards done as I need :)

  5. Simple yet stunning. I am having card envy here. Considering the amount of scrapbooking scraps I have why do I never make cards??? Lazy I think the word is.

  8. Oooh! The transparency is really neat! Looking at this got me thinking...will you be photographing all your cards together? I think it would be cool to see all your finished cards in one shot. Or maybe a photo collage?
